Chinedu Anaje
With about 20 years of legal practice experience as a corporate commercial litigator and arbitrator, Chinedu (FCIArb, ABR) heads the Firm’s Dispute Resolution, Arbitration and Risk Management Practice Group. As a seasoned litigator, he has litigated on extensive range of issues, including, but not limited to corporate recovery, receiverships and insolvency, company, shareholders and partnership disputes, energy, oil and gas, environmental matters, maritime, real estate and construction, intellectual property, telecommunications, finance and banking, contracts, commercial law transactions, family law and general litigation, both at trial and appellate court levels.
Chinedu also possesses very deep expertise in arbitration advisory and adjudication. He continues to act as parties’ nominated arbitrator as well as client’s counsel in arbitral proceedings. He has also acted as an expert on Nigerian law in international arbitration. He advises on a wide range of commercial transactions within the arbitration space.
As an experienced lawyer, Chinedu has represented a wide range of clients including but not limited to international oil companies, multinational corporations, banks and other financial institutions, telecommunication operators and service providers, high net worth individuals in various litigation and arbitration proceedings. Joseph Ajah
Joseph is actively involved in the Firm’s Corporate/Commercial, Private Equity, Insolvency, Taxation, Anti-Competition Law, White-Collar Crime, and Dispute Resolution practice. Amaka Ukuta

Oghenekaro Isiorho
