Bidemi Olumide

Bidemi Daniel Olumide is a Partner at Anaje Olumide Oke Akinkugbe (AO2 LAW®).  At AO2 LAW®, BD (as he is popularly called) leads the tax, finance, trusts and criminal law practices of the firm.  He has active experience in assisting clients in Nigeria, East and South Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America deal with their personal and business interests in different sectors of the African economy, including agriculture, energy, aviation, entertainment, construction, fast-moving consumer goods, financing, Government, information & communication technology, medical services, non-for-profits, professional services, real estates, solid minerals, telecommunications and transportation.

BD is an NDPR and EU GDPR certified privacy rights legal practitioner. He is easily regarded as the one-stop shop in data protection advisory, management and representation. BD has advised a variety of clients on data protection in Nigeria and has been involved in multiple Data Protection Audits for various clients ranging from clients in the Financial Services Sector to clients in the FMCG space, and clients in the insurance sector.

Chinedu Anaje

With about 20 years of legal practice experience as a corporate commercial litigator and arbitrator, Chinedu (FCIArb, ABR) heads the Firm’s Dispute Resolution, Arbitration and Risk Management Practice Group. As a seasoned litigator, he has litigated on extensive range of issues, including, but not limited to corporate recovery, receiverships and insolvency, company, shareholders and partnership disputes, energy, oil and gas, environmental matters, maritime, real estate and construction, intellectual property, telecommunications, finance and banking, contracts, commercial law transactions, family law and general litigation, both at trial and appellate court levels.

Chinedu also possesses very deep expertise in arbitration advisory and adjudication. He continues to act as parties’ nominated arbitrator as well as client’s counsel in arbitral proceedings. He has also acted as an expert on Nigerian law in international arbitration. He advises on a wide range of commercial transactions within the arbitration space.

As an experienced lawyer, Chinedu has represented a wide range of clients including but not limited to international oil companies, multinational corporations, banks and other financial institutions, telecommunication operators and service providers, high net worth individuals in various litigation and arbitration proceedings. And in doing this, he continues to apply practical pragmatic business approach to dispute avoidance and resolution strategies, with the aim of ensuring that value is added to the clients’ business.

Chinedu has been recognized by the ESQ Nigerian Legal Awards as one of 40 under 40 outstanding young legal professionals in Nigeria.

In 2023, he was recognized by WWL as an Expert and Thought Leader in Commercial Litigation in Africa. In 2024, he was also recognized as one of Africa’s Thought Leaders in Commercial Litigation and a Highly ranked WWL lawyers in Nigeria.

Prior to co-founding AO2LAW, Chinedu was a Senior Associate at the law firm of ALN – Aluko & Oyebode.

Oyeyemi is qualified as a lawyer and Chartered Accountant and  holds a Masters of Business Law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.

Mobola Tejuosho

Mobola leads the Capital Market , Mergers & Acquisition, Finance and Projects practice group of the firm with about a decade experience.

Having spent over a decade guiding, navigating, and advising clients in Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Construction & Real Estate, Mergers & Acquisition and general corporate and commercial transactions, she has acquired the unique ability to see any legal issue from all sides. She advises clients on joint venture developments and has several clients in the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) space.

Mobola is as an avid litigator as well as an astute out-of-the-box problem solver, known for crafting bold business and legal solutions from inception to completion for both local and international clients. Abimbola Musa

Abimbola is an experienced and solutions driven marketing and sales manager with avid knowledge in business development. She has demonstrable experience in achieving quantifiable results through the creation and delivery of targeted marketing strategies and campaign management.

Bimbo as she is fondly called is skilled in Marketing Management, Negotiation, Strategic Communication plan, and general business management. She is a Strong human resource professional with a Distinction in Sales & Marketing Management.

Prior to joining the firm, she has been engaged in Real Estate, Banking and Retail as a Head of Sales, Client Service Lead, Sales Territory Analyst, and Marketing Executive both locally and internationally.

Joseph Ajah

Joseph is actively involved in the Firm’s Corporate/Commercial, Private Equity, Insolvency, Taxation, Anti-Competition Law, White-Collar Crime, and Dispute Resolution practice. He regularly advises local and international clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious commercial issues including complex oil and gas transactions, taxation principles, contracts negotiation and technology workings in Nigeria.

Joseph’s litigation/dispute resolution is commendable as he had some landmark judgment, some of which were reported in the mainstream legal reporting media. He has negotiated numerous commercial transactions for diverse clients and advised a variety of clients on private equity in Nigeria. Joseph has successfully pursued several Receivership proceedings against some high-profile companies including against an electricity generation and distribution company.

Omonuwa, SAN and Co, where his primary practice were Dispute Resolution, Mortgage Transactions, Compliance, and Legal Advisory.  After his service, joined the Firm of Habeeb Oredola & Associates, where he better honed his skills and improved his practice. Oluwasijibomi Alafe

Chukwuemeka Ozuzu

Chukwuemeka is actively involved in the Energy, Corporate/Commercial and Dispute Resolution practice groups of the firm. Chinemeze Eze

Chinemeze is actively involved in the dispute resolution and risk management, litigation, insolvency practice and debt recovery groups of the firm. He supports in the coverage of the firm’s litigation docket by deploying his astute advocacy skills in delivering on clients’ instructions which cut across insolvency and debt recovery, dispute resolution and risk management.

Chinemeze is result oriented, meticulous and proactive in his dealings. Prior to joining AO2Law, Chinemeze was an Associate in the law firm of Chidi Ike & Associates, Kunle Ogunba & Associates where he was directly involved in high profile insolvency instructions spanning across receivership, Winding Up and Bankruptcy, mostly on behalf of financial institutions. Mohammed Adediji

Amaka Ukuta

Amaka, a graduate of the University of Lagos, is an ambitious and enthusiastic individual. She is a team player who provides innovative and tactical solutions to legal problems. Ulan Yat

Tochukwu has about 16 years of cognate experience as a commercial litigator and arbitrator.  She holds a PHD in Arbitration from the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and a PGD in Business Administration and Management from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. David Akpeji

David Akpeji is a highly skilled and experienced energy lawyer specializing in Energy and Natural Resources law as well as Dispute  Resolution. Oghenekaro Isiorho

Oghenekaro is a highly skilled commercial lawyer with experience advising local and foreign entrepreneurs on business formation, foreign investments, regulatory compliance, corporate structures and technology.
